How do I renew my CNA lisence?

I have Michigan CNA certification that is expired by three years and hold current California CNA certification. Do I have to take the test again? Can I renew my old MI lisence? Or do I have to transfere my California one? Who do I have to get a hold of to get my Michigan certification current? Would appreciate any input:)

Have you tried googling the MI board of nursing? I'm pretty sure the issuing board's website would have info. Hope that helps.

In Alabama the governing board is the Department of Public Health,probably is there too. They could give you the info you need. Good Luck.
