Recently, I heard from a reliable source that her hospital has given many of the workers an ultimatum; be vaccinated or find a new job. Fair or unfair?

Also, I'm seeing rise in RFID implants in the workplace. What are your thoughts on this? Is this happening in your location?

You'll find a variety of threads on mandatory flu vaccines for nurses.

If employers believe it protects their patient's safety then there's not really any argument about it being "unfair". Hospitals require that I as a nurse wash my hands between patients, is that unfair to my right to not wash my hands if I don't want to?

And there isn't actually a "rise" in RFID implants in the workplace, there is one employer in Sweden that is offering RFID to those employees who want one, but it's not something employers anywhere have started requiring.

You need more education on how vaccination works

These should be two separate threads (not that we need yet another mandatory flu vaccine thread) as they are completely separate issues.
