We have been using them for the last 2 years. They are as simple as any setup I have ever used. They operate exactly like the Thoraklex. Water is used to determine the amount of the air leak your patient has. Water has nothing to do with creating a seal. I will be happy to share policy and procedure if it would help. There are also videos...
