My OB and CNM's are the exception, as well as the new GP I just found recently. She is fabulous and even yesterday when I was feeling fine and we were just checking in to make sure everything was okay, she was with me a good 20 minutes.

There are a few that I'd like to punch from time to time...but for the most part...they are great. It's kind of nice working with the doc's because I got a chance to see what they are really like with patients, families, etc. There was one that stood out big time therefore I picked him for my new family doc. (my old doc moved to Singapore My new doc is the most wonderful and caring man....apparently other folks have picked up on this though....it's very, very difficult to get an appt. with him. He kind of treats me special sometimes too....cause I work with him. Perks of being a nurse....(see there are actually a few perks to this whole nursing thing..LOL) Hope everyone is well!!!

Its a bit different with RN's nurses they dont tell patients they have aids or cancer. Doctors are more hands on to patient care they can do more to help a patient then a Nurse can so they have more of a burden.
