Curious about a salary for dialysis RN's in PA

I am a relatively new RN with almost 1.5 year of experience at the hospital ICU/IMC neuro floor.

Trying to get into dialysis outpatient clinic. Found one close from home, currently waiting for a job offer.

It is Davita clinic. Read a lot of negative things about environment, salary and benefits.

I am just wondering what can I expect my salary and benefits would be? Currently, my basal rate at the hospital 25.39$/hour, plus 3$ for night shift. I know it will be lower, but how much lower?

This clinic is located in PA - Lancaster/Ephrata area.

Any ideas would be appreciated!!!!!:nurse:

it all depends, because my friends that work at Davita Diaylsis but in the Philly area started at $31.50/hr, as their 1st job fresh out of school so it all depends on your area......

Thank you NEP1980 for your fast reply! I am sure it will be definitely lower than in Philly. I would be OK with

25$/hour, but not sure about lower than that. This company is located only a mile away from my house, plus it is day shift, they have evenings, but it is only till 9p.m. Right now, I have to drive about an hour to work and it is night shift that I have troubles to deal with.

Do you know by chance anything about their benefits - insurance, 401K, vacation time?

Thank you for your input again!:)
