course for foreign nurse in USA

Hi!! I just graduated in nursing and came here to USA.

I want to know if in Las Vegas has any course for foreign nurse, to help us wit the terms of nursing in English ,and prepare us to take the NCLEX-RN Exam.

Boston has this, but here in Las Vegas I didn't find it.:o

By the way, I'm nurse graduated from Brazil.

If you can't find a course to help with your English and prepping for the NCLEX, you should at least look at all the local adult schools and community colleges. Most offer courses in English as a Second Language. A course in this will help you. Perhaps you can find the type of course you are looking for online. Good luck and welcome to allnurses.
