Hi everyone I am new to this site and wasn't really sure where to post this question so please forgive me if it's in the wrong place...

Myself and my other half have been trying to concieve now for aout 8 months, he has 3 kids from a previous marriage and I have 3 kids from a previous marriage but we have none together, my question is this.. my *period* arrived yesterday 4 days early so about 10dpo, it is very scant and dark brown almost black.. and only enough to fill 1 or 2 panty liners.. it hasnt gotten any heavier since yesterday.. and almost looks to be going away.. in your professional experiences can any of you offer me any advice.. could it be that im entering the menopause ( i'm 35 ) or is it possible that it is implantation bleeding... or an infection or what, I have no pain, and don't feel pregnant lol.. any advice is much appreciated, thank you all in advance x

My advice would be to consult with your doctor and have a pregnancy test done if advised. We can't offer medical advice on this site other than to refer you to your doctor. Good luck with your efforts to conceive.

I am planning to take a HPT tomorrow morning.. it was just opinions I wanted.. but I appreciate and understand your reply, thank you for replying to my question so quickly x

sounds like implantation bleeding to me....and that's an opinion...not advice:) every woman is different and you're already taking the right steps of the hpt, etc. next stop, doctor:) good luck, and best wishes!

I urge you to consult with your physician as soon as possible so you can get to the bottom of this situation. I'm truly hoping it is nothing serious.
