I tried to renew my LIC (firt renewal), but they only renewed it for 4 months. I thought the renewals are for 2 years? They send you a card with no explanation. You can never get someone on the phone, it is always the same message that they are experiencing a high call volume and call them back... even if you call 10 min before they open and continue to dial non stop 40 min after they open. At this point after 3 days of trying and emailing, I do not think anyone even works the phones or is in the office.

How far away from Sacramento do you live? Worth a trip to get an answer to this one.

You need to check on line.They have a new system and you must link your license with a user name and password that you set up and verify . Once that is done correctly in the new Breeze system...you need to check on your status and can see if they cashed the check...you can also pay your delinquent fee and if need be provide the information on your 30 CEUs. It sounds like all you need to do is pay the delinquent fee and you will be reinstated.I just paid my renewal fee....just remember when it asks you to verify your address AFTER you link you need to go to the address screen and verify before it will let you select next to proceed. On every other screen if everything is correct it let's you select next. ..but ..NO... not on that one!...You can be reinstated in 2O minutes on line.
