I am about to start on the road to nursing school. Turning 30, have kids, husband, home etc. So I'm going to be going to the local jr college and getting my ADN. How will this be different in the real world than getting a BSN? Will it only affect me if I want to specialize? or go into management? THanks for any answers, I hate not knowing.

You're not going to have any trouble getting a job as a bedside RN in any area with your ADN. Don't worry a bit about it if that is your ultimate goal.
