41$ Agency RN per diem in Las Vegas

Hello Fellow Nurses!

I have a 3 year Med Surg exp and i started working for this well-known HCA agency and make 41hr. night shift. Is that reasonable?

Does direct hosp Per Diem RNs make more or less?

Fellow Agency RN , how much do you guys make an hr.?

Rate of pay varies a lot by region. Your pay rate in Utah is really good, for NYC, not so much. Location matters.

Based on a quick web search, average pay for an RN in Las Vegas seems to be around $32/hr. You're offer is about 33% above the average pay. Per diem employees are usually paid more than regular staff, but the difference will vary depending on location and facility.
