What is the difference between level 2 students today compared to level 2 students after 30 years?

I am not sure I understand your question. Is this for school? Are you asking what the difference is between a level 2 student now, and that SAME - currently level two student - in 30 years, or a level two student now versus a level 2 student 30 years ago? Either way, I am not sure the comparisons are fair, given the difference in experience as well as inevitable technological advances....

Hopefully a level 2 student from 30 years ago is now licensed and employed. And a level 2 student today is working towards the same goal.
