Hello Everyone,

I know it is extremely early in the year but, the May deadline will be here before we know it. I wanted to see if there is anyone out there applying for GCU specifically in Tucson but, also in phoenix. I want to hear your experiences with the application process and the new Hesi A2 exam. I am planing on taking my Hesi A2 at the end of March.

turned mine in on the 16th and its still in progress. you can check progress online too, mine is 4 of six checks complete.

I'm wondering what is the primary way that you intend on paying for GCU tuition? Since the program costs are so high outside of the scholarships that GCU advertises will you be covering the tuition with student loans or is there financial aid available?

I just took the hesi last week as well as ordered my background check/fingerprint card. I'm in English now and enrolled in chem and stats over the summer :-/

Got my fingerprint clearance complete in Feb. Just got my background check back today. Waiting for the May HESI dates to post so I can sign up. Few more weeks left in A&P II, Micro and Nutrition. Then Patho in the summer. Yikes getting so close.

Yes it is, and flying by so fast! It was kind of a last minute decision to apply for fall so I had put off the background check and fingerprint for a while. I also had to fly to Az to take the Hesi since Ca only offers Teas testing. Thank goodness GCU opened a test date for me while I had a break to go out!
