Gcu fall 2014 hopefuls

Hello Everyone,

I know it is extremely early in the year but, the May deadline will be here before we know it. I wanted to see if there is anyone out there applying for GCU specifically in Tucson but, also in phoenix. I want to hear your experiences with the application process and the new Hesi A2 exam. I am planing on taking my Hesi A2 at the end of March.

Hi all! I got the envelope with confetti and stickers and letter today too. I hate to suggest this but I think it is acceptance to the school not specific to the nursing program. Does the letter mention Congrats 2014-2015 GCU nursing program or just academic year?? I think notification to the nursing program is supposed to be via email. Please let me know what you all think...

I got a a big purple party acceptance letter about a month ago. It was an acceptance to the college, not nursing program....

No I haven't. Have you? I would be curious to know if anyone has confirmation on what the letter is actually for. I was expecting an email, and I have a friend who is applying to GCU, fall 2014 as well, and she got the party in an envelope acceptance to the school (described same as all our descriptions) long before the May 15th application deadline. It threw her for a loop too, especially since she hadn't officially completed the nursing application. Then further looking into it and she found out it was acceptance to the school. Does anybody have a letter that mentions anything regarding the nursing program or orientation, or just a general GCU orientation? I wish/hope that it really truly means we are in, but I'm not sure...

That wouldn't make any since to send out this letter just to tell you your in the college. In order to apply to the program you had to be accepted to the school already.... That would be extremely messed up for them to do that.
