Hello I was wondering if anyone else applied for fall 2019?

I have been following this thread and figured I should chime in. I'm very anxious to hear the results however I'm not so sure if my stats are great enough. My GPA is a 3.45 hesi was 85.6 with a 100.00 in the anatomy section. Experience is I've been a Pharmacy Tech and CNA for over 2 years, also I'm multilingual with a lot of cultural background. Could anybody let me know if this is good enough lol. best of luck to you all, we got this!

Hello!! Welcome so exciting that someone else can join lol we kept saying why does no one comment except for us?! I think you stats are good! See the think is we don’t really know ? for sure you need a good Hesi score and then all other aspects come into play it’s just depends on what they think and tbh it depends on the ppl reviewing you and what they think...I have a 3.75 gpa I’m bilingual a bachelors a 86 Hesi with a 96 on anatomy and experience volunteering for a ur at a nursing home and 6 months at a hospital but I still think I don’t know if I’ll be considered :(...I’ve known ppl from last semesters who have had lowere than a 2.9!!!! Got an A in the Hesi and have great experience and got in! And I know ppl who have a 4.0 gpa did great in a Hesi high b and experience as well but in the interview they just didn’t accept her so idk that’s why it’s hard to tell ? I wish too there was a clear cut but you just never know

I do think however that having greats stats makes them look at you in depth you have great stats/experience wich definitely makes them notice you! and want for them to interview you at least...Augh me too i haven’t told anyone though so I’ll be an emotional reck by myself :( I was told once it’s hard bcuz imagine you have all those Sidney’s with greats stats,a few Wth low ones, but your only suppose to choose 80 out of 250+ that’s why I’m nervous but I’m hopeful and pray that we all at least get an interview! And that who ever is chosen it’s bcuz they truly are dedicated to this career and who ever doesn’t get chosen not to give up! Last semester I was told about 80% of that yrs class were second time applicants so...idk :(

I think your stats are very competitive. I don't have medical experience other than C.N.A.school. So I worry about that part. But, I do have other background with working in other area and other countries.. It's my first time applying to this school, and I am pretty nervous about it .And I didn't get anatomy in high score like you, so little worries... ;(

Anyway we have 4 more days to go. !!!

I hope we all get in and meet together at the school.

I got in too!!! But did anyone got like an interview? Cuz my acceptance e-mail does not say anything about an interview. Can any body tell me please..

No interview mentioned in my e-mail.

I just finished the payment of the $150 fee. : )

After FBI background check , pre-requisite course completion, and immunization ( I think I will need flu- shot in this summer)

we are good to go~!!! Yay~~~~~
