Gateway CC LPN Cohort Fall 2016

Hey All,

I thought I'd create a thread for future LPN applicants awaiting admission for, hopefully, the Fall 2016 cohort.

I was hoping for a lucky spring 2016 spot, but oh well..., so here's to hoping for this fall.

I finished a nursing assistant course at Paradise Valley Community College and submitted my PN application on 12/7/2015. So I thought others can share their "patience" on here like me.

It only comes as any email right?

Yes. Only as an email. I wish they sent actual letters.

I think those who do receive emails, will later on get acceptance letters physically mailed with other information about the semester.

I'm getting so inpatient lol. I check my email every half hour .

I'm thinking they're starting on applications submitted in October. I think the last of the applications accepted for spring '16 were in September. I could be wrong though..

i keep checking everyday on here and to see if anyone on here got in.

Do you happen to know if the program is full time? Or do they place u in morning,evening, weekends? I totally forgot.

Considering that Nur 160 for the first semester is 11 credits, it's just under full time. There's evening and then there's day. It just depends, but either or it's pretty much close to full time from what I was told. I think the weekend is making oh reserved for clinical days but that I'm not sure.
