Don't commit suicide. Put any ideas about reporting your employer out of your head, unless you want to do so after you have resigned. Even then, ask yourself this question first. How will I survive being blacklisted? You do not describe circumstances that will allow you to be blacklisted. If you feel this strongly about things, then find a new employer, even if you have to relocate. But make certain that you present employer does not get wind of your misgivings. You have too much to lose. Oh, and by the way, this is not the only situation where an employer is this way. Lots of them out there do it. Just learn to do your job and collect your pay. I speak from experience.
Caliotter3, Thanks so much for the opinion. I've seen mgmnet set up people for dschg...so I am concerned for sure. I love Home Health, and I don't want to have to relocate or go to another field of nursing.
Maybe there will be something like a Dutchgirl saying, sometimes you have to go around a corner, to find the door....All I can say is "Come on corner, come on door!!"
Thanks, so much.

Our agency is currently paying $0.40/mile also and we are awaiting an answer on our request to increase to $0.45/mile. We have had a couple of aides call in due to gas prices. I'm sure they will probably quit if no adjustment is made.
