Can anyone who is already attending Galen tell me about the health insurance you are supposed to have for clinicals it said you had to have it or pay for the group coverages so does Galen offer insurance and how much does that cost?

I'm applying to Galen for the bridge program for the july 2010...Is there anyone here that are coming from out of state to attend the louisville campus?
Just wondering if anyone on here is going to be starting day classes on the 25th?

Hi I just got in results from PAX NLN test for Galen's entrance exam and so anxious to know if I passed...am not sure how to read scores? Can someone please HELP ME!!!:nuke:
There should be a number on your letter from the NLN. I think it is the Composite Score. When did you plan on starting?
Ok so its not the one that says "composite percentile score" on the right hand side.?...Ok then if its the one that just says "composite score" on the left below my info its 101...well if I did pass I hope to stat in February.(GOD willing)...Thanks for the response I appreciate it.
I just double checked and that's it. You pass if you make a 96 or higher. Good Luck!!!
OH MY GOSH THANK YOU SO MUCH!! IM SO EXCITED, AND GOOD LUCK TO U TOO!!
So for students that are current @ Galen...in the LPN courses how are they? Are the courses intense?

Hi daydreams! I am currently a student at Galen and I LOVE it!! I am half-way done with LPN. The courses aren't too bad as long as you study. I have to do a lot of studying, but I just tell myself that it will be worth it in the end. If you don't study, then the courses will be pretty hard. You can do it! Good luck and let me know if you have anymore questions! :)
OK thanks so much for the info I appreciate it much.
