Hello!
So, I am looking around and there's all these amazing conferences in different healthcare areas that I am interested in. I checked them out as far as registration costs---they are like $400-$700 for 3 days. I was disappointed because I really wanted to go to them. Does anyone have any ideas of any organizations that will help pay the costs or if anyone goes to these, how do you fund them????

Sometimes employers will help pay the costs for a few of their staff members to go to a conference. There may also be a discount if you are a member of the organization sponsoring the conference. Finally, if you are a presenter at the conference, you often get your registration for free or at a discount.
Conferences cost a lot of money to put on ... and the companies who do the leg work need to make a profit. They are expensive -- and there aren't a lot of opportunities to attend for free.

The tuition and many of the related expenses will also be tax deductible.
