Specializes in Emergency/Internal medicine.

Hi everyone.

I got the job offer recently! I'm so excited.

My shift would be 11am ~ 11:30pm (I know this is so busy hours) and they also said that it's FT RN. What does it mean..?

will I float to many areas in ED??

or They are gonna send me to another unit? like ward or ICU

any comment would be appreciate. thanks!

You'll have to ask your employer about things like floating to another unit. Those types of things vary from place to place. That's the type of thing you are supposed to ask when you interview.

The "FT" probably means "Full Time" -- as opposed to being a "Part Time" or "per diem" employee.

Congratulations on the new job.
