Just starting this thread up! This is for anyone planning on applying to FSW in the fall for Spring 2019 at FSW.
I'm currently finishing up my pre-reqs this summer 2018 term and will be taking the TEAS in the fall as well as applying to the program at the Lee Campus.

I did all my Castle Branch requirements last week but the fingerprint section is still showing as uncompleted. Is anyone having a similar issue?
Yes mine too! I called the company and FSW because I was worried. Both said don't worry about it because the school has to do their part and they haven't done it yet. Im trying not to be anxious but it is sooooooo hard LOL
I also show all complete except the eligibility for program section, but the question that I have is concerning the insurance requirement. How do we submit proof of that? Do they ask separately for that? Is it part of the castle branch stuff? Because I saw there was a section in the document area that said insurance.
Just sent out an email to Wendy asking the same thing. I'll let you know what she says. However, I did go ahead and upload my BLS card under the certifications section.
I didn't pay anything there, I think it's all included with the $96 from the background.
Oh, what?! Daon had me pay an additional $46 for the fingerprints... dang! I wonder what I did wrong. Hopefully its just money and doesn't affect how the school gets my results.
