FSW FALL 2018

Published

Hello Everybody. My name is Keesh. I'm starting this thread a little early to get a head start on things. I was looking into starting nursing school in the Spring of 2018, but things come up. Now I'm going to start in the FALL. I'm currently looking into the FSW ANEW program which works better with my work schedule. I was told by a student the ANEW program is just like being in the FULL TIME program except it's online. It consist of hard work, time consuming and dedication. I plan to apply for LEE campus as well.

*CHOW

Hi!! Which campus did you apply to?

I'm sure if we don't know anything by tomorrow. On Tuesday the 12th will be 4 weeks exact and they have no other choice but to let us know something by 5pm that day. SO I guess we can say we have 5 days till we find out. IT must have been a hard selection that it took exactly 4 weeks for them to find out something when other forums I read only took 2, 2 1/2 weeks ;8

Wednesday morning if I haven't heard anything I will be at their office doors knocking

Specializes in Neonatal Nursing.

Just took the ATI TEAS Practice Exam A. Got an 84.7% overall.

Reading: 93.6%

Math: 96.9% (Missed one lousy question!)

Science: 72.3% (The Anatomy killed me on this section.)

English: 75% (Misread a question and doubted my initial answers on others.)

Overall, an ok score. I will definitely be hitting the books hard for Tuesday's exam. I finished this practice exam in 1 hour 34 minutes (150 questions). I think if I just take my time on the real exam and read each question carefully, I will do fine on the real exam. I still have the Practice Exam B to take, too. I will probably try that on Monday once I have studied more over the weekend.

I also think it's cause they did add the Charlotte ANEW program into the mix. Wendy said 340 people applied I believe.

Based on the numbers I've seen and what you're saying about the number of people who applied, it appears that the Fall semester admissions is much more competitive.

My question is...how do they know they have enough qualified applicants to add an ANEW program is they haven't already reviewed applications as per Wendy today?

340 applied YIKES what a number. The fall is actually 4 semesters right? Also yes when you go Wednesday keep us posted :) I'm so ready everybody. Maria I'm curious too. Maybe we should call again tomorrow .... ;)

I think they will have enough applicants to add the Charlotte ANEW just base that they have the actual option on the application where last year they didn't and it was fairly new.

Should I try and call Chris Renda? I can't take it anymore í ½í¸‚

Okay so I called Chris Renda and he said "right now we plan on sending those out on Tuesday" -_-
