Jessica89- WOW! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What number were you ranked out of the 335? If u dont mind me asking. We just finished Orientation today. Orientation was great, they cleared up alot of things. We had someone come and speak from different departments, the bookstore, financial aid, the success center, two of the term 1 instructors, the library, etc.. we did a lottery for our term 1 schedules. if you have any questions let me know.

Oh wow. What were the schedules like? I am supposed to speak with someone tomorrow at 3:00 so hopefully I will be able to enter the lottery still.

  2. while allnurses.com is a wonderful place to vent (without excess personally identifiable details) it is not the place to express why ("x" specific person, place or program) is terrible. gripe away, but since we cannot permit allegations to be made about named entities, your care in not naming them is very much appreciated.
  3. please do not give out personal information about others. do not name names where anyone could identify the person in any facility including your nursing programs.

additionally, please do not post specific links rating specific instructors, such as rate my professor. again, this information should be shared via pm rather that posted on the public board.

There are 4 classes that all 1st Termers take which are: Clincal Nursing Techniques, Health Assessment Across Life Span, Nursing Concepts and Pharmacology and Nutrition. There are 8 sections that we had to pick from. The times for all the sections vary slightly but are somewhat like, 8AM-1:30PM- Clinical Nursing Techniques, 9AM- 12PM Health Assessment Across Life Span, 1PM- 4PM Nursing Concepts, 1PM- 4PM Pharmacology and Nutrition. The days vary by sections.

I am in section 1 which is closed I am not sure which other sections have openings though.
