FSCJ SPRING 2015

Hello, everyone!

Since no one has started a Spring 2015 for FSCJ Nursing, I thought I would start it. I plan on applying the beginning of September I will take the exam in august. I'm very nervous of course. I have a preq gpa of 2.87 but I have an overall gpa of 3.23. Has anyone heard that FSCJ has changed their entrance exam to the HESI A2? Anyone applying to FSCJ hoping to get accepted for the spring?

i did find it really weird how we didn't get a real response to our acceptance emails. that made me kind of nervous.

Did anyone that didn't get accepted for Spring 2015 go to the Information Session? I wasn't able to go, could you please tell me any information that is specific for those trying for Summer 2015? Thank you!

Has anyone calculated their score based on the new catalog for spring 2015? I did and am disappointed but i do not know if it is different than the old on or if the cut offs will be similar! Please let me know.

To those of you who have been accepted and did well on the Hesi, what book/s did you use to study? I am using the Evolve book but it doesnt seem to have enough information to be able to do well on the Hesi. Thank you i would greatly appreciate it.

I just saw that St Vincents has the BLS (CPR) classes for $20. Most hospitals have the classes.

Congrats to all those that were accepted! Very exciting! Is anyone applying for the LPN to RN bridge? I'm trying to determine if people are familiar with what some of the scores generally are?
