Hi @Danielle1904 FSCJ Spring 2020 hopeful here as well! New to FSCJ and Jacksonville altogether. I am scheduled for the Hesi on 8/30 which makes me nervous to think about. However I am very excited for the results.
Hi! I'm also applying for the Spring 2020 semester. I'll have around 144 points I believe. I have to retake the other hesi subjects since I only have the reading, grammar, math, etc. but I'm hoping that'll be good enough. I saw other semesters said the cutoff for them was in the low to mid 130s

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but from my understanding the waitlist clears after each term so there is no long standing waitlist. A certain number of people (not sure how many) are waitlisted each term and if you don't get called from the waitlist you have to re-apply next term.

That is correct. For when my cohort was going through acceptances, there were only 2 or 3 people that received an acceptance letter after being placed on the waiting list. The list is then cleared. Points are EVERYTHING to get into this program so if the next pool of applicants have a higher points cutoff, it's not good for those that were waitlisted before as they would then be ranked further down the list than on the previous list. I've seen the cutoff come in as low as the 120s in older semesters and as high as the 140s for others.

Hi,
I'm starting this thread in hopes that other FSCJ Spring 2020 hopefuls will join in. Good luck to everyone applying come September.
