FSCJ Nursing-Summer 2015

I haven't seen any thread for Summer 2015 Nursing Program for FSCJ, so I decided to create this one. There has been slight changes made to the program and to the prerequisite requirements.

Is anyone else planning to apply for the program? Any tips?

Words of encouragement?

Have you taken the HESI?

Is this your first time shooting to the program?

Any update on what the cutoff point is?

I'm interested in finding out the cutoff score as well, anyone know?

I just called and asked. The Secretary said that she hasn't been told yet the cutoff score, it is too soon for CJ to tell her yet (exact words). Maybe because they haven't sent out all the acceptance letters yet or they are waiting for people to accept their seats. Today is the final day to accept.

Congrats to everyone! Just a word of advice-Apply for the Careersource. It pays for you tuition and all required books. It is a lifesaver. As long as you make less than 25.00 an hour, you pretty much qualify.

Do you know does the $25.00 an hr also include spouses income as well or only the student?

I am single, so i'm not sure. It doesn't hurt to start the process. Or, you can try and stop in and ask the careersource person at the school. Each campus as a careersource location.

I haven't heard anything on the Summer entry for me :( so looks like I will be reapplying for fall. I was just wondering if anyone has the email for the new packet? If you do could you send it to my email pretty please! Thank you so much! [email protected]

I don't believe the packet has changed, but if you haven't received a letter either way yet I wouldn't give up hope. You may want to call though since I saw in a previous post that the last day to accept was yesterday. What was your score if you don't mind me asking?

Tiara, have you called the office.. you should have recieved a letter. They will tell you the situation now for your case..
