FSCJ Nursing Fall 2016

Published

Hello everyone!

I haven't come across a thread for FSCJ Fall 2016 yet, so I wanted to make one. I know it's a little early, but I'm really excited! Who is planning on applying for this term? If anyone has gone through the process of the program already please give us advice.

Looking forward to talking with all of you and good luck!:)

Oh gosh that makes me beyond nervous too

:( ugh when are you turning in your app?

Sorry that copied kind of weird but I am sure you figured it out :) I will turn in my application at the end of Feb or beginning of March because I am taking DEP2004 now and it ends at the end of Feb. I know it makes me so nervous especially since I won't have my Micro points!!! I am second guessing retaking the HESI. I got 91% which I think is fairly well but with 24 less seats basically I am super nervous. My hopes are maybe some people will wait to apply in Spring for nights/weekends because they work. nerve wrecking! I know I will get in Spring if not but man I want to start in the fall so bad!

Hello! I'm planning on applying for Fall 2016. Would anyone care to email me the application packet? I would greatly appreciate it!

A 91 on the hesi is high!!!!!!! I am sure the cut off wont be higher though it really depends on the students and what their scores look like! Ahhh. I am turning in my application TOMORROW!!!!!!!! I am excited and so ready to just bring that in and just wait patiently :)

@amberhurst I just sent you the packet :)

Did you have someone review your application or anything? I want to make sure I have everything right! Good luck!! I can't wait to turn mine in at the end of the month!!

Does anyone know if you have to call or go online to make an appointment for the nursing advisor, or do you just walk in?

From what I heard st johns college is accredited, but the nursing program is not. You may want to call and verify that information before applying and accepting.

Additionally they only service "CERTAIN" areas if town not everyone can apply.

Does anyone know the point scale for the program I heard it was like 240 or 260 points period

Turned my application in today. The seats are 144 available for days. 6 to 8 week wait now.

I think it's a 6-8 week wait from the deadline April 1st. So everyone can get their applications in.
