Hi there... actually it will depend on your insurance. If you currently have insurance you should call them to discuss what they would or wouldnt cover. I have group insurance with my current employer and my benefits cover the physical at 100% then all the immunizations, including the Flu at 100% as long as they are done with the physical. Also, the lab work that needs to be done as long as the blood is drawn in the office it too is covered at 100%. So, Im looking at zero out of pocket. So be sure to check with your current carrier before you choose one of the alternate places and pay out of pocket. You have insurance for a reason, use it if you can. I hope this helps! :)

SUGARBEE,

How's the FB group coming? I have a few minutes now if you want, I can go ahead and set it up. Just let me know. I live near 9A/St. Johns Bluff. I have no problems carpooling as long as everyone is on time. I will die if I end up late EVER!:crying2: Haha, I say that now....but with three kids.....ok, I HOPE I'm never late...much more realistic :p

Are you n/w or days?

Congrats on getting in everyone! I just have a couple of questions. Does Health Insurance pay for any of these shots? And I'm a little confused on how the "lottery" works. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks!

MERIDY'S PANTS' SIZES ---- From what I've been reading, they run big....the length specifically. There was one post I read that said, she was a size 16 and she needed a petite. I'm 5'4, 125 lbs. I think I'm going to go with a small and hem them if they're too long. What do you think??

I thought I saw somewhere that you can get any white scrub pants but you have to get the meridy top....

That would be great!

We graduate in 2013??? I thought the program for day classes is only 3 semesters?? I'm staying in regardless, but this is a shocker!

I also just sent a message to someone in the program about the pants ... to see if any white pants is ok. I'll go with white scrubs if that's the case.

I am getting the CPR Cert Saturday at 9am at Liberty Ambulance if anyone needs to get their cert it's $45. I am going on vacation the 16th-24th so I am trying to get everything done as well. Thanks for posting about the physical though I was going to go tomorrow! But also the Northside Clinic information is beyond helpful! Thanks so much! So happy to know that there are going to be amazing people in this program!
