Frustrated at schedule

Published

Hello

I wanted to ask does anyone actually have any kind of time to actually do something nice for themselves like exercise or once in a blue moon get hair done, etc. I am at school (classes plus studying) a minimum of 6 hr a day. I never have time to cook (eat fast food which i hate) which is very frustrating. I don't even work at a job.

I am taking pharmacology (lab included) and pathphy. If someone has ideas I would appreciate it.

I want to go back to Weight Watchers but can I afford 45 min a week out of busy schedule?

I'm in nursing school full-time and working night shift, and I always leave time for myself so I don't go crazy.

I still find time to cook, clean, get my hair done, and spend time with my family, friends, and fiance. If you don't, you'll go nuts- nursing school is important and a huge priority, but it doesn't take up my entire life.

As far as cooking goes, could you cook something quick while you're studying at home during the evening? I guess I'm confused because you say it takes up 6 hours a day, so what are you doing during the other hours? (besides studying)

so lets say you are in class 9am to 3pm which is 6 hours a day, add an hours drive home to that which takes you to 4pm. Most peeps go to bed at say 11pm. That leaves you 7 hours to do what you need to do.

1 hour for studying, 1 hour for tea/evening meal,1 hour for housework and that still leaves 4 hours for 'me' time.So im confused as a fair few hairdressers are open til early evening (my local one is open til 7pm two days a week, not that i can afford it at the moment)

learn to manage your time effectively, you get less 'me' time as life goes on ie kids, partners, work commitments, family, etc
