Frontier Nursing University FNP Class 139

Published

Hi, Is there anyone out there who has applied to the FNP program for Frontier Bound in June? Looking for potential classmates and support while waiting to see if we're accepted. Good luck everyone!

I know someone that got into the may home ward bound and she found out last week. So it is about 6 weeks out.

I applied for the June session so hoping to hear end of April!

10 more weeks until Frontier Bound!! And only a few more weeks until we know if we got in! Positive thoughts!

Woohoo! When it gets to eight weeks, I may need some personal time from work so I can check my email continuously. lol Positive thoughts!! :nailbiting:

Fabulous keep up with the positive thoughts... You will get in...Has anyone find out they got in yet?

No news yet! Are you guys going to work full-time while in school? Are you going to go to school full-time or part-time? I asked Frontier many months ago how many credit hours I'd have to take to be considered full-time and it was only 6. Which is pretty doable. I'm not sure what to expect. I took the statistic course at Frontier 2 years ago and it wasn't bad, so I'm hoping I can swing work and school.

So glad to find this thread! I applied for 139 FNP at frontier. The wait is hard. ..especially since I'm accepted to another program and have to decide and put deposit to hold seat. I really like frontier and it has such a wonderful reputation in the professional community. Have to decide about other program soon, unfortunately, cannot wait to see if in with frontier. Deposit is non refundable too. Wish to fast fwd to finding out decision. Don't know what to do?! Anyone know how hard it is to get in frontier?

catrpearl I currently work as Nurse Manager at a pediatric clinic and I do plan to still work full time while attending to Frontier...I am having a hard time trying to decide whether to committ to full-time or part-time at Frontier. I hope that I can keep up with my work demands along with the demands of school (if I get accepted!!!).

Hello everyone, I am waiting to hear as well. I am currently in south Florida, but will hopefully be in southeast Georgia before class starts. Job hunting and waiting on this. Can't wait to hear.

I have also applied for June 1st start date. I was afraid I didn't make it , but now at least I know now that someone else is waiting too! Thank you

9 more weeks until Frontier Bound!!! We'll know soon! Now I'm getting really nervous. Trying to stay busy and focused on other stuff. After this week, we'll be in 6-8 week period when we should find out one way or another. Cleaning out the house, trying not to think about it.

Im really trying not to dwell on it too much. I did everything I could now its in Gods hands. I still pray for the best tho. I wish you luck.

I'm so glad more people have joined the thread! I plan on working as long as I can through the program while going full time. I've known two people, one from the CNM program and the other in the FNP, who were able to do it. If I do have to quit, I'm hoping it will be toward the end. We'll see! I'm growing more and more anxious every day too. I've been too busy at work to check my email...next week I'm sure I'll find the time. Lol
