Frontier Nursing University FNP Class 139

Hi, Is there anyone out there who has applied to the FNP program for Frontier Bound in June? Looking for potential classmates and support while waiting to see if we're accepted. Good luck everyone!

Does anyone know how they notify you? Email, mail, telephone call?

From reading the other forums, it looks like they tell you via email.

I believe notification is via email also. And from past students, I've heard emails go out on Friday.

Which class 140 or 142? Which program? I am finding I need to switch my Frontier Bound to August so I need to switch to 140 or 142. Has anyone heard of if switching can be done?

I took the Statistics course from Frontier about 2 years ago and it utilized blackboard which was great and easy to use. I really liked that I could watch the lecture whenever I wanted and more than once if I needed to. Also, I used the secure proctor thing and it was pretty easy to use, just felt a little weird, like a giant eye was watching you. Our weekly work was not bad and we transferred the work into a drop box. Nothing I did was too complicated and there were many resources to explain how to do everything. Banyan Tree 101 which is a course we take online before Frontier Bound is very detailed and takes you through how to do everything, and if you forget, you can access that information again.

I don't know if you can switch your application to another class. Someone asked me if I didn't get in, Can I reapply to another class and I don't know the answer to that either.

Down to the wire. ..do I accept Simmons, Indiana Wesleyan OR Hold Out For Frontier fnp? Decision deadline tomorrow. Need advice.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone that can answer the question but it is hard to get someone to talk to when I get 20 minutes for lunch and then get home by 4p. Ughh. I know patience patience!
