Any experience or legal recourse advice for combating repetitive or frivolous BON complaints by a disgruntled former co-worker?

I doubt this is a common problem, and am guessing 99.99999% of people have no experience with it. It might be a good idea to consult with a lawyer, especially if the problem is more "repetitive" than frivolous.

If someone is harassing you in this manner I certainly would contact a lawyer about that.

Hello @mja79
We cannot provide any legal advice. As stated in previous replies, you need to seek the advice of an Attorney.
Good luck.
