Woke up late last night with a headache, hasn't happened in months. Took some Tylenol and went back to bed. Had a slight headache yesterday too
Could be stress, related to finally setting a date for the colonoscopy. Or could be dad's continuing apartment search. He's applying for another place, farther away than he'd like. Hope he gets it. His lease is up at the end of the month, he might have to put stuff in storage and stay in a long term hotel until he does find a place
Work was fairly good yesterday. Thinking it will likely be the same today
After work was busy, grocery shopping at 2 different stores then stopped at the pharmacy for the bowel prep. Hoping that now all the colonoscopy preparations are done I'll be less nervous. Then we had the vestry meeting, which was thankfully shorter than expected
Might see J tonight, although he has a visit from a doctor today for an insurance policy, he said the anxiety might upset his stomach so I'm going to wait and see
Going to be warmer today, in the mid 80s again. Will need to use AC. Have been keeping the windows closed which has helped my allergies
