Good morning!
Joe, congrats on meeting your weight loss goals. Hope you get some help with your work load.
Nothing much going on today. It's "wash the sheets day" so that's being done. Waffled decided to use my bathroom rug as a pee pad so that's being washed as well. . Planned a couple of meals and need to go to the bank. Haven't been inside a bank in years but need to deposit my emergency money.
I kind of like the dull routine after all the anxiety I've been having after the back to back hurricanes.
Hello all!
Joe, yay for reaching your weight loss goal!
Tweety, isn't it interesting how our "daily dull routine" changes to "I'm OK with this" as perspective changes? Hugs.
I made an appointment with a plumber, through our home warranty company. We have to wait a week, but that's OK, it's not an emergency: one of two toilets has a weak flush. They were both replaced three years ago, and I sure don't know why this is happening to one and not the other. Not complaining, just raising one eyebrow. I hope it's an easy fix. I have Googled the issue, and there are too many variables, ones I know nothing about, thus the appointment.
Have a good day!
Hi. I've been feeling a little blah, tired and achy. We went to see a robotics competition last night that grandson was participating in. It was quite interesting. It was fun to see him in his element, with lots of nerds, all talking about code and electric motors and pistons. We were up early this morning to get dh to his cardiac testing done, and then out to breakfast. One test was delayed due to equipment malfunction, diner was super busy. And then dh wanted to stop and see his mom. I was anxious to get home because the dogs tend to chew on things when left alone for more than a few hours. They were fine, but the back door was open so we heated the 40 degree backyard for 4 hours. I laid down and took a long nap. Once again waking up to numb aching hands. I'm going to try stretching out my brachial plexus area to see if that helps.
So far dh's tests show essentially normal echo. He will finish stress test Monday. I don't think his symptoms of near syncope are cardiac and neither does cardiologist, but we have to go through the motions.
We need to pick up the travel trailer tomorrow after getting the water line repaired and winterized. Our winters are usually mild, but we usually get a week or two of subzero weather in January.

Ado glad you're starting to feel better
Stars hope your stomach is feeling better
Hi Dianah
Tweety glad you're still doing OK
Despite the meeting work was going good yesterday. Then by the end of the day I got not 1 but 2 new cases. I outreached my supervisor and said I might need help tomorrow, she said she would find some. Stayed a bit late to do the prep work, hopefully with a little help today will go smoothly. Hoping this flood of new cases comes to an end soon
After work stopped at the grocery store and library, then got my hair cut, which was great as it's been way too long (literally and metaphorically)
Got woken up last night by the thunderstorms, eventually got back to sleep. Nothing unusual going on today after work, just exercise. Pleased to find that I have reached my weight loss goal, earlier than expected. Will see how much more I can lose in the next 3 months, although I think the pace is starting to slow
Will be the same as yesterday I think, temps in the mid 60s
