Hi Students,

I have attached a PDF which explains a simple way of calculating dosages along with some practice problems and answers.

I am sure a lot of you are happy learning formulas, and that is fine. I think it is always good to keep an open mind and try something new.

Dosage Calculations for AN.pdf

I'm not a student but the last 17 years of nursing in out patient surgery my dosage calculation was limited to almost the same 5 differential drugs.

It was fun to see if I could still do them

I really enjoy and appreciate these. I can always use more practice when it comes to dosage calculations!

I like them, too, Brad. You explain things clearly, concisely, and with good example of each step. I like DA anyway, but I have my first med. math test coming up in two weeks and I need to score a 100. I'm practicing all I can until then!
