Good morning!
Joe hope the end of your work week goes well.
Ado, I was wondering when you said you guys were bringing her how it would go and am not surprised it didn't go so well but bummer your husband took it out on you like that.
Stars, hope you continue to find things to sell and ease your situation some.
I actually think I got a decent sleep in. I was so tired I woke up with the reading light on and my book on my chest and didn't take long to fall back asleep. Exhaustion seems to be the only way I get good sleep. LOL
Not much going on today. I did so well the other day cooking. I don't need to meal prep anything for weekend for lunches or dinners and will just putter around the house and then go to the gym. My goal has been every day off to go to the gym or yoga.
Hi~ I'm up and have to get Nannie up for her Dr's appt at 1:05 PM (arrival time for a 1:20 PM appt.) I don't think there will be any changes for her, since the S+S I was concerned about have receded. And the dementia continues tootling along downhill, slowly, and there's nothing to do for that.
I went to sleep a lot earlier than usual because I was sooooo exhausted from yesterday.
Gotta get to it and do it. Be back later on.....
Nannie got a 'clean bill of health'....Well, except we weren't able to get a urine spec! If I can get one this w/e all I have to do is put it in the fridge and bring it to the doc's office on Monday. I also have to take Momo to the vet on Monday morning (wgt.check, flea/tick med, and nail trim). Both offices are in the same little town just down the road. Then, when BiL or SiL brings a check over, I can go to the bank, and re-stock my checking acct! Also can fill my gas tank, and re-stock groceries. w00t ! 😊 Hoping to be able to talk w/ my 'personal banker' also
I saw another little mouse last evening and immediately put out a peanut-buttered trap, and 10 minutes later....NO MORE MOUSE! I thought it was exceptionally cooperative of the mouse, may it rest in peace. And it's little dead body was consumed by some of our local wildlife, so nature's cycle continued.
I have Swiss cheese for brains: for the 2nd Friday in a row, I forgot to take the trash bins out to the street. (Once, my mush-mouth had me say "Switz Breeze for Chains." Huh!)
25 minutes to Nannie's bedtime 😴

Ado that does sound like a stressful trip, hopefully you're home now
NJ22 it seems that roses attract a fair number of pests
Tweety hope today is better
Stars glad you have gotten a lot of the financial stuff sorted out
Work was not too bad yesterday though a bit busier than expected and again, had no time to help others. Think today may be a bit easier if nothing unexpected comes up
Cat seems to be fine now, talked to the vet yesterday and as usual he said "Wait and see". So far no issues, so I'll just keep an eye on things
Ran an errand and got a haircut. Body shop says additional parts will be needed, estimate increased a bit and there may be some additional delays
Today nothing unusual planned, will just relax after work. Will get up to about 80 I think, no rain expected
