Fresno City RN Applicants 23/24

Hey guys, for those of you that had gotten selected before knowing your results in the previous lotto, was your evaluation status still pending or was it completed? I'm nervous because I applied for radiology and I was unselected because my application did not get evaluated and I'm scared that it will be the same for my RN program

You'll have clinical every week. Sometimes you'll have two clinicals a week. 630am to 3-ish. You could have clinical any day, including weekends. They assign you your clinical days and sites. They will choose your theory schedule as well. You're basically at the schools mercy and whip for two years.  You should get your schedule a few weeks before school. 

I'm so lucky with my school I ended up going to in TN the schedule is extremely rigid and they try to accommodate your commute (I live 45 minutes no traffic, up to 1.5 hours with traffic). I have consistently had 2 lecture days (1 day with lab after lecture) and 1 clinical day. Only difference was we had 2 random 1 off clinicals this semester but we got to sign up for a date and location and we had 2 sims, but they took place on a day instead of a clinical.

Yes, you are. They do not try to accommodate schedules at all. They do not care.

Think the biggest difference is in Fresno I never dealt with traffic, ever. Nashville traffic is getting as bad as LA/NorCal traffic. I have to plan travel based off travel patterns, something I never did in Fresno. Like I go to the school at 7 regardless of class start time due to traffic.

Hi! I got selected as an alternative for this coming lvn to RN program. Does anyone know how many alternatives they chose? And what are the chances of getting in?
