I recently applied to FCC's nursing program but I'm just confused on the selection process. I see/hear a lot of conflicting information about how they actually go about it. even the website kind of confused me. do they do 100% lottery system or points based & lottery? if anyone knows it would really help me out. I took my TEAS really late (Jan 11) so im kinda only left with community colleges this cycle.

They are sending out emails only if you are accepted or an alternate 

Last year and this year they don't have your status available on any website hope that helps

Nothing yet. It's driving me crazy and overthinking about a lot of "what if" that's why I didn't get an email or letter yet 😂😅

I called and they told me I shouldn't have to submit a new application if I got a confirmation email about my original submission but then what was the point of the "update"? I even redid it but didn't submit it, just to see what exactly was updated & saw that it was the exact same application so IDK what they did.

I applied super early that same day, didn't notice they updated it. Now I'm nervous they won't consider applications before the update?

I wanted to update everyone on what I've heard: the FCC nursing program is still processing applications, and the completion date is currently unknown. They are also accepting approximately 250 applicants this year, and I'm unsure if this number includes alternates or not.
