I recently applied to FCC's nursing program but I'm just confused on the selection process. I see/hear a lot of conflicting information about how they actually go about it. even the website kind of confused me. do they do 100% lottery system or points based & lottery? if anyone knows it would really help me out. I took my TEAS really late (Jan 11) so im kinda only left with community colleges this cycle.

Let us know if anyone received their acceptance letter today. I am super excited and anxious. Good luck everyone.

Not yet. There's a few ppl that I know and they haven't heard anything yet as well. It's making me nervous!

I heard from some previous nursing student that they did not receive their email till the last couple days. It's sucks. I wish they would stick to the time frame.

Yea. Agreed. On Reddit, there's a user said they got notified the last week of March. I'm just hoping that will be the case.

A few of my friends mentioned they got e-mails in April toward the end of the first and the last week of April.

I heard the same thing from some previous nursing student too.

considering they closed the application to "update" it & literally changed nothing I'm not too surprised that they're not sticking to the days they said they would.

I believe they are adhering to their schedule since it provides a range, allowing for flexibility. The staff likely have other responsibilities within the district and may be managing multiple projects, so the date range helps accommodate the timing of sending out notifications. Let's give grace and hope we receive the emails soon.

😁😁Hoping those e-mails come over the weekend 😁
