Hi I'm looking into working in fresno and I was wondering if anyone knew how much the base pay way. I have some interviews lined up at Community Regional. I am a new grad with no experience, and probably will end up in med/surg

There is one hospital system (kaiser) that pays much higher than that there. But it is impossible to directly get in there because of those wages. You usually have to work elsewhere in the state and then transfer in when you've got enough seniority. Or so I'm told. They're part of the same contract as the rest of nor cal and rising on the coat tails of the SF nurses contract.
