Online RN2BSN programs are nothing but loads of reading, researching, and composing papers every week. Plus there are many extra projects you will be required to fulfill such as power point presentations, voice threads, online classroom discussions in a virtual classroom, and peer response discussions backed up with scholarly citations. I'm 60 yrs old, graduating in 2 months with my BSN and working full time, I can say it was NOT easy. My employer paid 3/4 of tuition. If you really want it, you will have to WORK for it.

Is there an online nursing school that gives free tuition to anyone over 60?
If none are free, how about eg an 80% reduction in tuition, senior discount?
I'm referring to RN to BSN completion, or MSN programs.
It needs to be accredited, naturally.
Also, which schools are more flexible, and more user friendly?
Eg mainly coursework, not a large number of essays or theses.
Are there some you can start any month, not just twice a year?
Thanks for your input.
