freaking out, need some advice from fellow nursing school applicants

ok, so right now I am out of state, which is why I am freaking out even more. I am trying to apply for nursing school for the fall session, and one of the deadlines is for my transcript to be pre-evaluated (core classes, gpa etc.). The deadline was the 31st of Jorificeary, but I am still in the deadline range for everything else I need to do. Has anyone else gone through something like this? Do you think they will work with me if I offer to come down in person? Do they usually take certain circumstances into consideration? I'm calling first thing tomorrow, but I was hoping to get some advice on how to deal with this. Thanks so much!

yeah I realized that about 5 minutes after I posted this. I have been so busy lately that time and place have been a mystery to me. Sorry for the airheadedness.
