Francis Tuttle or Metro Tech lpn program??

Just wanting input on what each program is like and the differences if any? I know I've heard a few things here and there but kinda wanted to know from previous students or anyone really what their experience was with each.

Specializes in Gastro, outpatient surgery floor.

I had my first day today. LOTS of info! im a 1+1 student. i hope to get more students on here. this is a great tool for us.

Hey ciciwaken, I got accepted into the 1+1 this fall also. I will be going through OCCC at Metro tech. Do you know what school you will be going to?

I am going thru osu okc and waiting to see if i get another spot that opens. from what i understand our nursing dept is pulling the 1+1 program and we wont be using it anymore.

Hey there! I am looking for info on the 1+1 program and also info on Metro Tech. Did you have all of the required pre-req's before applying for the nursing program at OSU-OKC? I am trying to decide if I should apply through Rose or OSU-OKC for the nursing program in hopes of being accepted in to 1+1 or if I should just apply to Metro Tech next Spring.

Does any one know if these two programs are a go at your own pace book work wise? I was in an lpn program at pioneer tech in ponca city, ok and you could go as fast as you want . But I had to move away in the first two months.

I believe Francis Tuttle still has a self paced program. Metro tech does not.
