HI,,EVERYBODY!!

I'm a new grad RN with LVN experience in nursing home and home health 1 year. I got my 2 jobs offer:

1- at Fort Duncan medical hospital+ Bonus+Relocation fee...(2.5 hr away).I m now in san Antonio===== offer night acute inpatient rehab

2- north east Baptist hospital which is start at 22 hr and 10 min form my apartment now===== they offered me in med surge unit

As a new grad, I don't know which is better for me

I came to eagle pass and see the city very nice and friendly...hospital also nice...but in the other side, Northeast Baptist is a big and famous hospital with technology

I really want to gain lots of experience and become a skillful nurse...and I cant make the decision between those offers

have anyone work at those 2 facilities and give me advice how the environment like?

Not to be rude, but it's difficult to read your post since it's in all caps. In addition, your spelling and grammar aren't impressive. From what I could understand, I'd take the job depending on the unit. Whichever you're more interested in is the one I'd side with. Having two job offers is wonderful in this economy, so you must have something great to offer. Good luck on your decision.

thanks..im sorry about the threat,,It was my frist time here and i was about to edit it cause i cant read them well either...thanks

The Eagle Pass job may be a real challenge unless you speak Spanish. If you do, I am sure it would work out well

NE Baptist is by no means "famous". But if you want to work in an acute care setting rather than rehab, that is your best choice.

So - which type of environment do you want to work in?
