pls, someone help to make goals and objectives about a family that in incapable of providing a home environment conducive to good health and personal development....... i really need it for my case study..... someone help me....... pls,......

Go here and put in your nsg dx. This is a template that will put in your interventions, goals, etc. for you based on problem. It's very helpful- and it is NANDA/NOC/NIC.

your goals are based upon their problems (or, nursing diagnoses) and the nursing interventions that you have come up with for them.

in very simple terms and to illustrate what i am saying, if the problem is that they are fighting (problem) and one of your interventions is that they attend family counseling (nursing intervention), your goals relate back to this and will be (1) long term - the family will stop fighting, and (2) short term - within one week the family will have attended a family counseling meeting. goals are the predicted results of our nursing actions. nursing actions are those things that a nurse prescribes, orders, or does for a patient. a goal should also be measurable, patient centered, and specific.
