Foreign RN, NYSED APPLICATION FOR LICENSURE

Good day, Its my first time to apply for NCLEX your idea is a great help. I completed my CGFNS CVS but I haven't send any documents yet to NYSED for my Licensure Authorization.

My questions are.

1. what are the documents needed with my FORM1?

2. How will I make the payment since I dont have a Dollar Bank Account?

3. Can anyone teach me how to process this mode of payment with NYSED?

Hi! You can now submit the form 1 to NYSED together with payment in the form of bank/demand draft. If you're an applicant from Philippines, you can purchase bank draft in Philippine National Bank provided that you have an account with them, it doesn't matter whether it's dollar or peso account. But if you're from other countries, i'm certain that local banks in your area could also provide you a bank draft.
