OMG have you looked around on these boards as yet?
start with the website here: AHPRA - Nursing and Midwifery
and this one here on the international board: International Nursing - Nursing for Nurses
You do not say what country you are from so that no other information can be given, as it depends where you got your qualification and where you have been working.
If you are a kiwi, shame on you...
lol..ive been looking all over the froum but the problem is there are too much information and some info are already outdated.
ive made this post not just for me but to other nurses too.
im from the philippines by the way.
thanks for your reply and hopefully others will respond as well

I'm an RN in California with 20 years experience in the Emergency room and multiple specialty certifications including ACLS, PALS, Stroke Team certification and Certification in Emergency Nursing. I'm interested in moving to Launceston Tasmania. I have an associates degree and am wondering where to get started. I can't imagine having to go back to school at this point in my career. I also spent 2 years on a spinal cord injury unit as an LVN/LPN. Thank you for any help you might be able to give me.
