Foreign nurses endorse RN license to Nevada

Is there anyone ever endorse their RN license to Nevada? I check the website, it looks like that nurses from non English speaking countries need to take TOFEL . Just wondering do they accept IELTS?

You need CES from CGFNS too. I think IELTS is accepted as they wrote down in their application packet as "TOEFL or similar English test accepted by other board of nursing". I suggest contacting the board and verifying information.
