Hello everyone,
I am a foreign nurse and I have just heard about foreign nurses education?
They said they can petition nurses under an H1b visa.
Does anybody know this company? Are they legit? You see, they are asking us to pay for all the fees (attorney and filling) and they request that we send a bank draft which is quite large before they start petitioning us.
Just want to know if anybody has some issues with them and what advice could you give.

stay away from anything like that. you cannot be petitioned under the h1-b, as most likely you do not meet the requirements for it, nor does the facility. and this agency is well aware of that. they will get your documents submitted and then the government will refuse it and then they will tell you "oh well, sorry." and you will be out all of this money.
next red flag that should go off is that with the h1-b, it is sponsorship, it is petitioning for the green card.
you are looking at five years plus before you will have a chance of getting to the us legally. do not fall for any scams like this. and when you are telling me that they want a large sum of money to be paid to them first, only more red flags should be going off in your head.
i do not consider what they want to be doing legit, suggest that you contact the us embassy in manila and get their take on them as well. you are just being taken advantage of and nothing more.
and more importantly, have you actually passed the nclex exam, the english exams, as well as have a visa screen certificate in your possession right now? if not, then they cannot even start the process for the h1-b, that they cannot get for you anyhow.
any contract that requires a large sum of money for you to be paid, needs to be thoroughly checked out. there just is not reason for it at all.
Hello,
Thanks for responding. I appreciate it very much.
Yes I have completed possible exams (NCLEX, CGFNS, IELTS) and holds all documents (VISA SCREEN, CES) needed just actually waiting for retro to be lifted.
I know that there might be trouble with this that's why I openly asked about them. Giving a huge sum of money without something on your part is not easy.
I actually did some researches on my own and h1b cap exemption states that it must be non-profit, associated with university.
They claimed that they are associated with a university but I cant find the name of it on their offer.
That's why if anybody have some experiences and issues with them please share....
Thanks everyone....
That is why they are not approved for the H1-B cap exemption. They can tell you what they want, but I would not give them one penny.
Any time that you are asked to do that up front like this, run as fast as you can from the agency.
This is not the place to discuss this agency any further, you can easily just do a Google search about them. There is already much that you will find.

It's actually a H1B requirement that the employer pays the fees, not the beneficiary. I definitely wouldn't trust this agency.
Exactly, this company is nothing more than an agency. And a red flag should be going off when they require payment up front.
Bad news, and no one should consider any company like this. Same as with the agencies that operate out of India and require a surety bond of about $20,000 before the nurse can leave the country and have never seen any of them get it returned.
