what is the way to get it. I'm stuck. the employers ask for work permit and work permit can't get without a job offer. what is the eligibility for a nurse who got a license ? do employers offer a job in order to get a job.
I worked so hard to get the license and now I can't work please help me!

Having a license, as has been stated several times before, does not guarantee a job. If you've applied for jobs and have been told they won't hire you without a work permit and you can't get a work permit without a job offer, then perhaps you're out of luck. These are the sorts of details that need to be worked out BEFORE you move to another country. You should contact CIC and find out what your options are. This forum is not an immigration-advice forum and most of the people who read the posts here have no idea what you're talking about. Therefore I'm moving this thread to the International Forum where it should have been posted in the first place.
I think all foreign nurses face the same problem as me, I wanted to get some opinion from nurses with the same situation as mine. sure I know that exist CIC and I read a lot. but we should be altruist and help each other just with some advises not to throw out from this forum. u didn't experience this situation so. ... is easy just to do such a comments.

Jobs in general are hard at the moment for people either already in Canada on a valid visa or Canadian citizens. PR is going to take a few years and you can apply when the cap is opened again next year and still look for a employer and if they are willing to go the route of TWP, go that route and still maintain your PR application. Posting the same question several times isn't going to change the situation. All you can do is keep applying with employers and knowing a bit of the Canadian way would suggest you, if possible, come out for a visit and do some networking and meeting managers and getting your resume out there
