Hi nurses!
I'm a foreign graduate of nursing from the Philippines, I graduated last April of 2015.
I also passed the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination last May 2015.
My main concern is, what are the requirements that will allow me to take NCLEX?
(To become a registered nurse in New Jersey.)
And also.. Could you post some links on where-to-get those needed requirements.
Thanks and God Bless!
** By the way.. I'm a permanent resident in NJ (GreenCard Holder) and currently residing in the area.

You go to the NJ BoN website and click on applicant. Follow the instructions for licensing by examination as an internationally educated nurse. Your credentials must be evaluated by CGFNS before your a application will be considered and you must prove English language proficiency.
A simple Google search rendered this link:

You have to first apply through CGFNS because you're a foreign graduate. You need to apply for the Credentials Evaluation Service. And because you're applying for a license in NJ, you will also need to take an English proficiency exam (TOEFL) and have the scores sent to the CGFNS (as stated on the NJBON website).
The application for the NJ BON is http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/nur/Applications/RN-and-LPN-Licensure-by-Examination-Application-Packet-NCLEX.pdf Download this and fill it out.
CGFNS: CGFNS International | Global Credibility | Credentials evaluation and professional development services that provide strategic value and direction to health care professionals worldwide. Apply online.
I graduated from the Philippines also and I live in NJ but I opted to apply for NY instead because I wanted to work in the city. Good luck!

Hi where are you from? can I get your number?
Steps are simple
Apply for CES at CGFNS and pay the fees. Follow up to ensure paperwork received
Once CES is processed apply to NJBoN for licensing by examination as an IEN. Pay all required fees I linked the application above. SSN is required
Obtain fingerprints when requested by NJ BoN
Register at Pearson Vue & pay fees to take NCLEX.
Pass NCLEX. Await your license.
